SuniTAFE is proud to be a part of many community events and industry
partnerships, promoting life long education and training.
To help students aged 16 to 20 choose the right course, and help them learn
in an adult education environment, SuniTAFE has a Youth Education Consultant.
The Consultant offers assistance with career planning, completing enrolments
and meeting with SuniTAFE faculty managers. Students can also receive mentoring,
educational support and referrals from the Consultant throughout their studies.
SuniTAFE also has a Youth Support Officer that offers students wellbeing
support as well as a wide range of other youth focused activities.
SuniTAFE is committed to life long learning and has a range of services
available. As part of our commitment to youth; SuniTAFE are continually
developing courses that meet and address the needs of youth.
Restaurants, cafés and other hospitality venues are a great place to start
working life. Young people considering a career as a chef or working in other
commercial cookery roles will gain an advantage if they complete our
Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations).
SuniTAFE's Grow Your Career
events are a great way for students in Years 9 to 12 (and other people around
that age) to find out more about the diverse range of jobs available locally.
